After receiving the GymShmi, go ahead and stretch it out with your arms so you can break down the fibers that allow it to form-fit and stretch over any piece of equipment.
Find any piece of equipment you want to use (any bench, backrest, arm pad, etc.) and attach the top of the GymShmi to one end of the equipment and pull the Gymshmi over to the other end of the equipment.
Once completely over the equipment, pull the drawstring on the GymShmi to tighten and tuck the extra string left over into the underside of the GymShmi, keeping it out of the way.
Once done using, throw the GymShmi in the wash on low setting with cold water. Hang to dry.
Grip helps to keep you locked in while working out to prevent you from slipping and sliding on the equipment. This helps to prevent gym injuries.
We built the GymShmi to fit over the majority of gym equipment. If it doesn't fit at first, we recommend to stretch the GymShmi to its limits and keep the draw string fully loose to ensure maximum stretchiness so it's able to fit over your piece of equipment.
Gymshmi allows you to turn commercial equipment into your own personal equipment ensuring that you avoid other people's sweat that's found on all equipment. The microfiber fabric from the GymShmi ensures the only sweat you touch is your own.
Unlike the single-use disinfectant wipes all gyms have, the GymShmi can be rewashed and reused thousands of times.
You can continue to wipe down your equipment but know that those wipes can ruin the equipment - causing it to crack - and can make the equipment slippery causing injuries while working out. The GymShmi allows you to cover up any equipment, and provides grip and stability helping lower your risk of injury and protects the gym equipment as well. Not to mention it's also better for the environment as you won't be using hundreds of wipes every time.
The GymShmi uses grip-ink providing a grippy workout surface to help you lock in and be more secure while lifting, ensuring a significantly decreased chance of slipping or moving out of position while lifting.
Your order will ship once it's been processed at our warehouse (1-3 business days). Shipping times will vary based on your location, the products ordered, and other factors.

When your order has been shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking code. You can visit our tracking page. Simply enter your order number and email to see where your order is at.
We do accept returns and provide refunds. You have 30 days to initiate a return for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
Hopefully you're not looking to make a return or exchange! But if you are please email support@gymshmi.com the following information:

- State the product was shipped to or City and State product was shipped to.
Upon delivery, you will have 14 days to process a return/exchange. We only accept inquiries for items purchased from gymshmi.com. Items must be unused, in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.50 flat rate shipping nationwide
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gymshmi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@gymshmi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
